Refund policy

We understand at Crest Performance Dynamics that sometimes life just happens, and you need to cancel your order. Considering the fact that we do not stock any products/builds on the shelf and they are custom made- we do not allow orders to be canceled. Material orders are placed too frequently to allow cancellations. Once you order, the sale is final! Please plan your purchase accordingly.

If you reach out and we approve your cancellation/refund:

Restocking fee of 20% on any and all cancellations/returns

Systems must not be ran through a heat cycle. No start up, revs, etc.

Reason for return obligated (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
